A source has exclusively revealed to BOSSIP that Nivea was arrested last night in Atlanta for DUI. The singer, ex-wife of The-Dream, and Lil Wayne’s baby mama, crashed her cream BMW X6 into a tree around 1 am last night near Marietta St. and Bolton Rd.
Nivea Hamilton Nash, as her name appeared on her license, was driving home from Toya Carter’s wedding reception and had a small baby in the car, and fortunately no one was hurt.
Nivea reportedly got very beligerent with the investigating officer, at one point telling her ..”B*tch I Could Buy you Ho!”
Nivea was taken to Fulton County correctional facility…

G-Unit affiliate 40 Glocc and Black Wallstreet’s Menace scuffled this past weekend during the Cage Vs Cons event at the L.A. Sports Arena in Los Angeles, California. The backstage brawl, caught on video, depicts Menace and an entourage hitting 40 in retaliation for him allegedly snatching Menace’s chain and throwing it into the crowd.

Nate Dogg’s House FORECLOSED 48Hrs After His Funeral

Just two days following Nate’s untimely death, a home belonging to the Hip-Hop legend
was foreclosed last month.
According to papers filed on March 17, Nate Dogg (real name: Nathaniel Hale)
had fallen behind on his mortgage payments for the Pomona, CA home to the tune of $5,924.12.
The documents claim that he hadn’t made a payment on the home since December 2010.
Nate Dogg passed away on March 15th due to complications from multiple strokes.
ummm where the hell is snoop, Dr. Dre, Warren G, and the 213 clique, why wouldn’t they help him out?

DJ Mister Cee arrested after getting Head from a man

So if you haven’t heard early last Wednesday morning Calvin Labrun (a.k.a. Hot 97 DJ Mister Cee)
was arrested by the NYPD for public lewdness after he was found in a parked car getting HEAD from a man half his age…#SIDEEYE!!
However, he’s denying it on his Twitter:
“Nah that shit not true.. You know how i rock.”
The 44-year-old Labrun who was a producer on BIG’s debut album “Ready to Die”, was found by police around 3:55 a.m. in a car with 20-year-old Lawrence Campbell, who appeared to be servicing him…
This was not the first bust for the “Throwback at Noon” host, he reportedly was arrested in lower Manhattan last October 8 and November 20 while loitering for the purpose of prostitution he was supposedly soliciting. In his October arrest Mister Cee pled guilty to disorderly conduct,
while his November arrest’s charges appear to have been dropped. As rumors of the arrest circulated today a few of Cee’s peers came to his defense, with Funkmaster Flex going so far as to flat out call it untrue.
Cee also denied the charges on Twitter today, tweeting:
Never was i in a car with anyone when i was detained.. The facts will come out and show what is being reported is totally untrue,” and that the allegations are false: “Nah that shit not true.. You know how i rock, thats NYPD making it look good for TV … Feel me.”

Obama Defends His Nobel Peace Prize Over Libya Campaign
Bolivian President Evo Morales and Russian lawmaker Vladimir Zhirinovsky
are two of the many political figures who are calling for President Barack Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize
to be rescinded after his decision to bomb Libya.
The accusations surrounding the U.S president’s actions in Libya have to with the control of oil, not peace.
However, Obama made somewhat of a rebuttal stating that there is a contradiction being the commander-in-chief while desiring peace.
“When I received that award, I specifically said there was an irony because I was already dealing with two wars.”
He also pointed out,
“I think the American people don’t see any contradiction in somebody who cares about peace also wanting to make sure that people aren’t butchered because of a dictator who wants to cling to power.”
Ashley Jewell Showing Signs of Improvement after being shot in the head

Ashley Jewell, daughter of the late AJ Jewell, aka kandi burruss fiance on RHOA…
Ashely was shot in the head earlier this week, in a road rage incident.
The AJC says she appears to recognize her mother’s voice and can squeeze her hand.
This is just sad, first her dad now her smh…I pray she makes it through, at 15 she has her whole life a head of her=(

Asheley Jewell remained in critical condition Friday, but her family says the 15-year-old is showing some progress.
Jewell, a Stephenson High sophomore, was shot in the head last Saturday night in an apparent road rage incident in south Fulton County. Multiple shots were fired at the car Jewell was riding in. None of the other passengers or the driver was struck.
“She is still technically listed as critical, but she does seem to recognize her mom’s voice, and she makes attempts to follow simple commands they give her, like to squeeze their hands,” her cousin, Ebony Phillips, told the AJC. “She can’t really do it physically but there’s a cognitive foundation they might be able to build on.”
Jewell still has a lot of swelling in her brain and is sedated most of the time, Phillips said. But she added: “We’re very, very thankful” for the progress.
Friends and relatives will hold a candlelight vigil for Jewell on Saturday near the site of the shooting. The vigil starts at 7 p.m. at O’Reilly Auto Parts, 5549 Old National Highway in College Park.
About 10:30 p.m. last Saturday, Fulton police said, two vehicles were traveling on Old National Highway near Jerome Road when one began pursuing the other. Shots were fired and Jewell, a passenger in the car being chased, was hit.
Houston Day Care Provider Reportedly Flees to Nigeria After Fire Kills Four Children

Manslaughter charges have been filed against a Nigerian woman who allegedly left a Houston,
Texas day care center unattended that was the scene of a fire last month that left four toddlers dead and three injured, the U.S. Marshals Service said March 4.
The charges grew out of an indictment against Jessica Tata, a Houston-based day care provider and include 10 counts
of reckless injury and child abandonment for leaving the children unattended to go shopping.
Surveillance cameras show Tata shopping at Target between 1:09 p.m. and 1:24 p.m.,
moments before the first 911 calls about the blaze Feb. 24, according to BV Black Spin.
Seven young children, ranging from 3-years-old to 18-months-old, were inside.
Four children, ranging from 3-years-old to 18-months-old perished, one injured child was released from the hospital, and two,
a 2-year-old girl and 20-month-old boy, remain at Shiners Hospital for Children in Galveston in stable condition.
Investigators say the fire may have started from an unattended pot of oil burning on the kitchen stove.
Officials issued a warrant for Tata’s arrest three days after the incident, but sources had warned investigators the woman might flee the country.
A spokeswoman for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office said the tips weren’t enough for authorities to detain her.
“The state had to establish there were no other employees or adults on site at the time the defendant left the residence,” spokeswoman Donna Hawkins told The Houston Chronicle.
But family members of the victims said the city’s response was not good enough. They are still trying to cope with the reality that their children are gone.
“I’m sorry, no there’s no forgiveness for anyone who makes an income watching children and has an audacity to leave them for one second,” the grandmother of one of the dead told CBS’ Houston affiliate KHOU on Feb. 27.
Fire Department Chief Terry Garrison and the U.S. Marshals Service in Houston told the Associated Press they have issued a “red notice” to the international police agency Interpol, which alerts law enforcement around the world to look for suspects.
Garrison admitted that officials should have kept a better eye on Tata.
“Somewhere along the way we may have made a mistake. We are not going to blame anybody,” he told the AP.
It might be difficult for authorities to extradite Tata even if she’s found in Nigeria, according to attorney Douglass McNabb, a specialist in international extradition law.
He said Nigeria and the United States signed an extradition treaty back in 1935, but Tata’s alleged crimes might not be included under the provisions.
“If (Tata’s) family engages an experienced extradition attorney, they could really tie this sucker up for a very long time. It could drag on for years,” McNabb told the AP.
In addition to seven charges of reckless injury of a child filed against Tata, prosecutors added three counts of abandoning a child. If indicted, she will face up to 20 years in prison for each reckless injury charge and up to 10 years for the charges of abandoning a child.

Four drunk men, who couldn’t handle they’re liquor, went bizerk at a bar in Mexico after a band ended their set and refused to continue past 4 AM.
One of the drunkards threw a grenade on stage……while the others shot and killed two of the band members and injured an innocent bystander.

After members of the band La Excelencia in Guadalajara, Mexico refused to play more songs after closing time, irate members of the audience killed two members of the band and detonated a grenade inside the bar, Vida Divina, according to Mexican newspaper El Occidental. A 26-year-old woman attending the concert was also shot and injured.
According to El Occidental, four drunk men aggressively demanded the band play more after their set ended – and they did – for a while. After they stopped around 4 a.m. local time Monday morning, one of the men threw a grenade at the stage, and people ran out of the bar. As they did, two of the band members were shot.
The victims were identified as Jonathan Jimenez, 22, the leader of the band, and Gustavo Alejandro, 35. Others were also injured in the explosion.
The shooters fled, and investigators said there is little information to go on because no one saw the vehicle that they used to leave.
Gun violence has risen in Mexico in recent years. According to the Associated Press, drug cartel turf battles around the country have left more than 30,000 people dead since December 2006.
Man Stabs and even Kills someone after being made fun of for FARTING

A 21-year-old man stabbed four people and killed one after being made fun of for farting at a party.

A 21-year-old city man charged with stabbing four people at a party Saturday night, killing one, told investigators he became enraged because people were criticizing him for passing gas, police said. Marc Higgins, who was described by witnesses as being “very drunk,” stormed out of the party, came back armed with three knives and started stabbing people indiscriminately, according to court documents released Monday.
Matthew Walton, 21, also of Bristol, died of stab wounds after the attack, police said. Two men and a woman also were stabbed, but all have been released from Bristol Hospital. Higgins told police he was angry at being derided and wanted to teach people that they shouldn’t trifle with him, according to the court documents.
Higgins, of 40 Pardee St., appeared in Superior Court in Bristol on Tuesday and was ordered held on $2 million bond. A judge transferred his case to Superior Court in New Britain, where major cases are heard. According to court documents, police were called to 126 High St. late Saturday after a 911 caller reported a stabbing. When officers arrived, they found Walton in a first-floor apartment badly wounded and unresponsive. A woman, Sandra Ranger,18, also was suffering from serious stab wounds. Both were taken to Bristol Hospital, where Walton was pronounced dead.
Police later learned that two others, David Klett, 19, and Tyler Basso, 18, had also been stabbed but went to the hospital on their own. Ranger, Klett and Basso are all Bristol residents, police said. Police say Higgins got into an argument with another person at the party, Stacy Buccheri, who chastised him for being flatulent. Witnesses told police that Buccheri slapped Higgins, who smashed a beer bottle and then stormed out of the apartment.
He returned about 45 minutes later, police said, and attacked several people on a porch with knives, including all four who were wounded. Higgins fled by the time police arrived, but turned himself in to police a few hours later, police said.
Police said Higgins confessed to the attacks, and referred to Walton as a friend and Ranger as an acquaintance. He told investigators that he didn’t specifically target them and that they were simply the first people he saw when he returned to the party, police said.
Keyshia Cole Fires Longtime Manager Manny After Poor Album Sales

Following poor sales of her newly released album Calling All Hearts, Keyshia Cole has decided to give her longtime manager the boot.
Taking to her Twitter page yesterday (Tue. Jan 18) the R&B singer announced that she has fired her manager Manny Halley,
who made several appearances on her BET reality show “The Way It Is.”
She took to Twitter to address the firing:
“Would like for u guys to know that Manny Halley is no longer my management. Someone said if the people around u won’t change, change the people around you. If you always do what you always did. You’ll always get wht you always got….. Stop being afraid. Its ok to change for the better. Trust me,
Keyshia Cole gave her manager the pink slip, weeks after her fourth studio album came into the Billboard 200 chart at a low number its first week of release.
To date, the album hasn’t even reached 200K copies sold yet, which isn’t at all normal for Cole, whose previous three albums have all went platinum…
Instead of blaming Manny she needs to blame herself, I love Keyshia but SHE decided to put HER family on BET and it was not a good look.
It was even worse once they got that spin off show, “Frankie and Neffe”….that show turned a lot of people off from Keyshia and her family.
Hopefully she will bounce back in the future.
