Waka Flocka’s Mama is speaking for him once again

The mother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame Debra Antney is once again speaking for her son,
it seems like for what ever reason, he can’t speak for himself….
anyways she is ranting about the tour bus shooting, that her son was involved in, in North Carolina.
The news hit the net yesterday that shots were fired at the rapper’s tour bus while he had a stereo system installed at a local North Carolina business. One assailant was injured when members of Waka Flocka’s security returned fire at the individuals, Waka was not harmed. Waka’s mama is RANTING and discounting the media’s attempts to link her son to the shooting because of his “famous name.”
“It is safe to say we took no part in this. We had nothing to do with this. This was someone else coming up with random shooting doing whatever else it is that they do. Were they even shooting at the bus? Who knows? There were other cars that were hit, but because the bus was hit and it happens to be Waka Flocka, it made good news.”

Waka Flocka mama Deb Atney is weighing in with her opinion on Nicki Minaj’s debut album
Pink Friday she calling it “terrible”.
Can’t say I didn’t see that one coming LOL, In an interview with VIBE.com, Deb Atney states that she feels Nicki Minaj
“let down” her fans with her Young Money debut, stating that she “went to far left” with her “pop” appeal.
“It’s terrible. I like some stuff, but she went too left. I don’t think people were ready for her to come [out with pop],” Atney said in the interview.“When I had Nicki, I really wanted her to sing. That’s why I took her for training cause Nicki loves singing, but she kept saying to me, ‘Deb, I can’t do it yet because people won’t understand.’ And that’s why the [rap] mixture was done to introduce them to all of Nicki.”
Atney also states that Nicki holstered too many “un-necessary” features that took away from her talent.
“I think [Pink Friday] was very disappointing to a lot of her fans. She didn’t need a lot of [the] features,” Atney continued. “That was one of the biggest things like… you gave people so many features, give them you now. Nicki could be so much better because—outside of anything that people say—she’s very multi-talented. I really wish that she would learn to be more of an artist.”
In addition to discussing her feelings on Nicki’s album, Atney also shared her opinion on the beef between Nicki and Lil’ Kim.
“My views on that is that she came too far to go back that route,” Atney said.
“Kim does not even have to go there. There are no comparisons to them. Some things are best left unsaid. The whole thing is stupid.I’m very disappointed that she would go that route. ‘Cause I know all that she was taught. She don’t have to go there with anybody. That was the stuff we always discussed. People had to learn to love Nicki— that’s how the door opened up. It wasn’t about Kim or Foxy or any of the rest of them. So I was just a little disappointed [by her album], but If she likes it, I love it. “
Gucci Mane is back with Debra Antney

Looks like Gucci Mane is back With Waka Flocka’s Mom Debra Antney,
Gucci Mane returned to his former label home, Mizay Entertainment, which is owned by Debra Antney.
If you remember Gucci announced a while back that he’d parted ways with his former manager,
and started his own label, 1017 Brick Squad Records, Inc.
he did all this from, the comfort of his jail cell…back in may of this year.
Now according to Antney, who also previously managed Nicki Minaj as well,
she’s back on to manage Gucci after they worked out their issues earlier this month.
She tells XXL:
“That’s my nephew, I love him. This is beyond the music game.”

Nicki Minaj fires Waka flocka’s mama…

Rapper Nicki Minaj has fired her manager Debbie Antney,
who also happens to be Waka Flocka’s mama.
The termination happened suddenly and came in the form of a cease and desist letter, according to Singersroom News. The notices reportedly bans Antney from conducting business for Minaj.
this is what Debbie said:
“I received a letter, which was a suspension,” Antney said in a recent interview. “The next letter that came in was a cease and desist in doing all business with Nicki Minaj from Nicki’s attorney.”
Antney said there was no reason for the termination given.
She also indicated that she harbored no ill feelings towards her former client.
“I love Nicki. I wish her the most success. It’s not about the music, she’s like one of my children,” she said. “I wish her no harm, only much success.”
I hope Nicki knows what she’s doing… first she quits the tour, then she fires her manager…i don’t know what to say, i hope everything works out.
