DMX plans on suing Arizona Sheriff’s department

DMX, who was recently arrested for reckless driving says he is sick and tired of being hauled back to jail every other week,
so instead of changing his behavior, he plans to sue the Sheriff’s department demanding they leave him alone…
I love you Dark Man X but, regardless if it was 102 OR 85 you were still speeding…just saying!

X — who was allegedly going 102 mph in a 65 zone — tells TMZ, “I was going 85 miles per hour … I know for a fact I didn’t go more than 90.”
X adds, “I’m used to driving fast, I’m a New Yorker … but I constantly look at the speedometer when I’m driving … I need to make sure I don’t drive too fast.”
“I plan on suing … and I plan on suing for harassment,” DMX says … adding, “I’m in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed.”
DMX Posts A Jail Prayer

On his way home from jail last week DMX took time out for prayer…
I hope and pray he walks away from the drugs and never look back, cause God has plans waiting for him.
DMX has always been one of my favorite rappers, I’ve always fell back from judging him too harshly,
cus his music speaks volumes to me. i still bang all his cd’s till this day!

DMX is not getting out of jail anytime soon it seems…
DMX was supposed to get out of jail tomorrow but because of too many infractions, X will have to stay in jail longer.
According to TMZ while in jail DMX has picked up infractions for drug possession, failing or refusing a drug test,
smoking when he wasn’t supposed to, being disrespectful, disruptive and disorderly.
SMDH DMX really needs to get it together, I’m starting to think he like jail…. #jailfail =/
DMX Reveals Rick Ross Wants Him To Join Maybach Music Group

DMX has revealed that Rick Ross reached out to him while behind bars showing interest in signing the gruff MC to his Maybach Music Group imprint. Dark Man X explained that Rawse’s people sent a letter to him in prison with the intention of getting him on the label.
“Rick Ross’ peoples wrote me a letter while I was in here,” he said. “Yeah like ‘Yo we got a home for you. We’ll pick you up in a limo. Just come to Miami. Just come, we got you.’”
X is considering their offer, but is afraid of getting tangled up in Ross’ Illuminati affiliation. “I’m thinking about it. It was a good feeling. I respect him as an artist, and I would like to work with him. But he got the whole Illuminati thing going on. I got fans who write me like ‘I’m glad you’re not a part of that.’ And I don’t know what it’s really about entirely. So it might be like a good thing.”
As of now, he’s up for a collaboration with Ross, but is lukewarm on the MMG deal. “Yeah. I have respect for him and he expressed interest that he wanted to work with me while I was out. So I definitely want do a song with him, but I don’t know about the record label thing. I would have to see what his camp is like and feel people out. I’m not the average artist.”
DMX To Be Released From Prison By End Of Summer

DMX is currently behind bars serving a yearlong sentence for violating the terms of his probation by using drugs.
According to court records, Dark Man X will be released from prison under supervised watch on July 1st.
His supervision will end on August 12th, while his maximum end date in prison ends on August 25th.
X headed back to prison on December 16th after pleading guilty to violating his probation.
At the time, the judge speculated that he had “an undiagnosed mental condition” and possibly suffered from bi-polar disorder. He was admitted to the Flamenco Mental Health Unit at the facility.
This marks DMX’s 13th incarceration. He was arrested in Maricopa County, Arizona in November 2010 for violating probation stemming from an incident involving attempted aggravated assault by throwing a food tray at a jail guard, as well as theft by using a fake name to dodge a $7,500 hospital bill.
I Hope DMX can stay out of trouble once he’s released .
Dmx sentenced to a year in prison

DMX has been sentenced to a year in prison after his most recent arrest for violating terms of his probation.
The rapper was allegedly using drugs, including cocaine and OxyContin, without a prescription, which lead to investigators arresting X in Maricopa County, Arizona.
He has been sentenced to a year in prison but with credit for 113 days served, said Vincent Funari, a spokesman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
DMX Denied Bond

DMX appeared in an Arizona courtroom today where he was denied bond.
X is behind bars for probation violation, after officers reported that he failed to submit to drug testing and was later found positive for cocaine and Oxycontin.
A judge ordered X to be held without bond till his upcoming December 16 court date, Attorneys for X hope he will be released in time for Christmas.

Swizz Beatz Speaks On DMX’s Struggles…
Ruff Ryder producer Swizz Beatz decided to share his thoughts on DMX’s legal trouble and personal issues.
In an interview with VladTV.com, Swizz breaks down their relationship and why the legal struggles is nothing new to him.
“X is my brother,” Swizz said in the interview. “What people don’t know is, X has been X since day one; the thing is nobody cared back then. Now that he’s famous, everyone wants to act like this is a new problem – but it’s not.”
Swizz also touched on why it seemed that X’s seeming cries for help have fallen on deaf ears.
“The person has to want to get help,” Swizz continued. “I am not saying that X won’t bounce back because I pray he does, I pray every day for him.”
In addition to Swizz talking about legal issues, the super producer also talked about the Jay-Z diss that DMX spit at a night club in Arizona.
X was recently caught on tape saying “F*ck Jay-Z”, but Swizz states that there is no beef just a misunderstanding.
“Naw there is no beef between X and Jay,” Swizz Beatz said. “X is going to address [beef] in a certain way. It’s 2010 and all that fake beef and tones to sell records is a thing of the past and people need to really move forward and just focus on making good music.”
DMX speaks from behind bars

DMX is speaking out from behind the bars of an Arizona jail cell.
Dark Man X was arrested last week for violating his probation, marking his third time in jail this year.
According to X he knew better than to drink a “swig” of alcohol during one of his concerts.
He tells MyFox Phoenix,
“I’m sick…birthday coming up. Single just got released, so many things going on…I realize I shouldn’t have done it.”
Police also noted that X had taken cocaine, used Oxycontin without a prescription and failed to submit to drug testing.

DMX Arrested In Arizona Again

DMX has been arrested once again.
If you remember last week He made headlines at a recent show where he said, “F*ck Jay-Z.”
Now he’s been arrested, he was arrested around 6:00 p.m. last night and charged with felony probation violation.
Authorities tell MyFoxPhoenix that he did not check in with his probation officer as scheduled.
X is on probation for aggravated assault and was previously incarcerated in March and turned himself in to authorities again in late July.
The message boards are already buzzing with Jay-z/ Illuminati conspiracies,
folks are saying that Jay-z is behind DMX’s arrest, and anyone who challenges Jay-z gets
fired i.e. Charlamagne tha god, or gets thrown in jail, i.e. beanie sigel and peedi crakk.
either way it’s a damn shame, that he’s locked up once again.
