Justin Bieber has reportedly followed through with his plans to take a DNA test to disprove
Mariah Yeater‘s claims that he’s the father of her newborn son.

We’ve learned … Justin took the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances.” We’re told there is a solid chain of custody, so it’s going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.
As we first reported, Justin’s team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. It’s now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah’s baby.
Justin has vowed to sue Mariah and her lawyers once he establishes he’s not the daddy.

Justin Bieber Finally Speaks Out on camera about the Baby Rumors

Justin Bieber has finally spoken up about those nasty baby rumors that popped up this week, and says he never even met the 20-year-old “fan” who claims she has a 3-month-old baby by him.
The 17-year-old Pop star appeared on NBC’s “Today” show this morning to promote his new Christmas album, and took that time to deny the allegations that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s newborn son.
“I never met the woman,” Bieber told the ‘Today’ show hosts.
“I know I”m going to be a target, but I’ll never be a victim,” he said. “Every night after the show, I go right from the stage to my car. So it’s crazy that people want to make up such false allegations. But to set the record straight: None of it is true.”
But Mariah Yeater’s lawyers stand behind their client, claiming that they have “credible evidence” to prove that her allegations are true.
They said, “Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court … She is not seeking exorbitant compensation. She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and, if so, to help provide child support as required by California law.”
However, if Mariah’s story is “true,” she could be facing some statutory rape charges (and jail time), because in it, she claims she was 19 years old and Justin was 16 at the time.
According to the California law, sex between someone over 18 and under 18 constitutes statutory rape.
So for her own sake, Mariah just needs to quietly go back to the trailer park.

In news which has stunned the world, the 17-year-old superstar has been named in a paternity lawsuit which she filed on October 31.
Yeater has asked the star to submit to a paternity test, and is asking Bieber ‘to provide adequate support for my baby’, the result of a tryst she alleged lasted no longer than 30 seconds.
According to U.S. website Radar Online, Yeater told a judge: ‘When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back.’
She stated: ‘On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber.

‘Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.’
Bieber spoke out for the first time since the allegations emerged today.
He took to his Twitter page telling fans that he was choosing to ignore the rumours and rather concentrate on his music.

Bieber’s spokesperson has vehemently denied the allegations, and told website Radar: ‘While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.
‘We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.’

Yeater wrote a detailed statement about meeting her idol in papers submitted to a Los Angeles court.
She claims she was approached by a security guard while seated in the front row of the star’s concert and asked if she wanted to meet the singer backstage.

Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber almost got into a lot of trouble Thursday,
he nailed a state trooper with a water balloon, soaking him from the belt down.
The officer was ready to cuff him,but Bieber’s bodyguard managed to talk him out of it….
“Still laughing. GREAT DAY,” Bieber tweeted after the show.
The officer was on duty for crowd control at Bieber’s sold-out performance at the Maryland State Fair on Sunday.
A state police spokesman described Bieber’s behavior Sunday as “inappropriate”
but confirmed that no incident report was written and no further action will be taken.
