According to The Nashville Criminal Justice Center, Kat Stacks, who was arrested Friday Nov 5 under an immigration hold, has a 90% chance of being deported to Venezuela this week.
The young mother born Andrea Herrera-Cardena was detained in Nashville, Tennessee just three days after celebrating her 21st birthday. She’s currently being held without bail at the Nashville Correctional Development Center For Females. “She didn’t get arrested for a state charge, so she must’ve missed an immigration court date in the past. Once that happens they start looking for you and once they got you… it’s a wrap,” says Miss Pugh a police assistant at Nashville’s CJC.
Pugh also stated that most of the time illegal aliens are deported within seven days of detainment. However, if the woman who made a name for herself by sexing and terrorizing rappers seeks council, there may be a chance she stays on US soil.

Kat Stacks Files Police Report Against Carmelo Anthony For Twitter Threat

HoodRAT Stacks is at it again, this time it’s not a rapper but a NBA baller.
Hoodrat Stack decided to send some flirtatious tweets to NBA star Carmelo Anthony last week,
his wife Lala caught a glimpse and wasn’t haven’t it.
According to published reports, Carmelo Anthony decided to handle the situation
hood style and show that he doesn’t play when it comes to his family!
Carmelo Tweeted the following response:
“I got 5k for whoever see @ihatekatstacks and slap the sh*t out of her pigeon faced a**. Real talk. U f**cked with the right one now.”
Not soon after, Carmelo’s Twitter account was deleted with him later claiming it was hacked.
“Im back on! My account was hacked.Thanks twitter for getting me str8. Jst finished my first movie in China now im headed back to the States”
After the threat, Stacks; the mother of 9-month old baby boy, tweeted the following claim that the police are now involved in the situation:
“So the FBI getting involved since its an internet case. Just filed a police report on @CarmeloAnthony. Don’t you ever put my life and my son life in danger!”
If charged Carmelo could face a conspiring to commit criminal acts charge.
it’s unclear if Kat Stacks really filed the report or if Carmelo’s Twitter was actually hacked.

The “professional jumpoff” released a new video showing Soulja Boy
in an Atlanta hotel room, in the room there is a dresser with lines of cocaine on it.
Kat says:
“This n*gga’s a muthaf*ckin coke head, yo! This n*gga’s been doing muthaf*ckin dope all day, that’s why this nigga can’t f*ck me right!”
Soulja Boy’s thirsty a$$ can clearly be seen is in the video with Stacks,
she tapes him cuddling with her in bed without his knowledge.
she also says he wack in the sack, Whoomp whoomp.
Soulja Boy has since responded to the allegations, posting to his followers on Twitter:
“God knows I didn’t do that. That’s all that matters, you are nothing but humans. Pow.”

is about, if he is stupid enough to still mess with her,
after everything that has been posted on line
then he deserves to be put on blast, as a messy coke head.

Bart is bow wow’s best friend and he is also one of the men who “attacked” her in ATL.
In my opinion This sh*t is fake, the record companies and many others are behind this,
so they can get more traffic to they’re websites sell more records…
ask yourself why hasn’t there been any charges pressed, why hasn’t anyone been sued?
this was a straight up promotion for yung mazi album, i have never heard of him before this and,
now his name is buzzing all over the net LOL.
Anyways in the video Bart had 4 guys with him he supposedly had a “razor blade”,
when Mazi sees Bart he goes off on him and his crew, Bart kind of sits there
then Maze starts kicking the headlights on his magnum,
after that Bart jumps in to his car and rides off…
the part of the video that truly irritated me is when Mazi said:

Juvenile defends kat stacks and others like her

From video vixens like Karrine “Superhead” Steffans and Kat Stacks to VH1’s “Basketball Wives,” the mainstream images of urban women are fiiled with depictions of gold-digging, conniving and sexually rapacious females who will do anything to get fame and money.
well according to Juvenile, we should all think twice before judging these women since they often carry heavy burdens.
“People go through things and we are all human so I leave them be,” he says. “Something could have happened to them as a kid. It could be a situation where a woman is sick of dudes or two people in love and it didn’t work out. You don’t know what a person is going though. I just stay out their way and that’s the fine line.”
While Juvenile is content to live and let live there is no denying the public’s insatiable appetite for the juicy gossip that results from these women exposing their celebrity partners. Juvenile says that’s the demand that helps perpetuate these stereotypical images of women.
“What happens with those stories is you don’t hear both sides because who wants to hear the good things about your life? Controversy always sold and some people know how to use that as their advantage. I always look at it like you got to remember there are kids out there and they are easily persuaded. You got to watch what you doing out there,” he says.
“When you actually physically see something, then that’s a whole other ball game. I’m saying the song, not physically doing it where they can see me doing it. Controversy sells and I’m an entertainer. I know how to walk that fine line,” Juvenile says.
That’s quite a statement coming from a man who has come under fire himself for sexually explicit lyrics and images of women…
he’s also the same man who kicked a stripper off the stage cus she was stealing his shine LOL, maybe she was abused as well and needed extra attention…just saying

I really did not know how hated Kat Stacks was until last night (June 1). I was at my homies video shoots when I was told Kat Stacks had just walked out of the building. I then went into paparazzi mode in search of her. Just so y’all know before meeting her I had never watched one of her videos I just read all the stories and heard crazy things. When I thought of Kat I thought of Superhead people just don’t like her but if the see her they would be like what-up still trying to hit. But clearly thats not the case!!! Not only do people not like her but they want to hurt her really really really really bad. A popular rapper even called in search of her.
Just so y’all know a-little bit about Kat she got her claim to fame after putting over 20 or more rappers that she reportedly slept with on blast. She posted everything from their phone numbers to address on the internet not caring at all. Last week Kat Stacks was attacked as she sat eating at Pearl bar in Atlanta waiting for friends and having drinks. P.S. I took these pictures at Pearl right were she was attacked.
Wheretheydothat? who goes back to the scene of their attack and poses for pictures like it’s cute?
this girl has no shame, and i’m really starting to think all of this nonsense was a set up… i wouldn’t be shocked if it was, a lot of things in the industry are staged to create a buzz so folks can make money.
since this slap happened, she along with Loso, bow wow, world star hip hop, and many others have been the talk of the entire hip hop blogosphere, she is getting huge hits on her site,

And they claim to do it for the love. For the people who don’t know, Love don’t charge you anything.
After finding out from major labels, unsigned artist, and etc. That they basically or money consumed, and don’t care
about truth, or honesty. Which leads to the next topic: Kat Stacks book, and etc.
Kat Stacks herself is claiming that World Star is behind everything she is doing,
that’s why they always got every exclusive, read her exact words:

(the person Kat Stackls called the president of WorldstarHipHop & the guy who gave her the book deal)
so you see WorldStar has created this entire thing just to get people to come to their site,
they don’t care if they lie to you, or what.
