Kelly Rowland with be the face of Sean John’s first fragrance for women ‘Empress’…In a recent interview Kelly stated this:
“I’m the ambassador for Empress. I just love what ‘empress’ represents, it’s just women who are beautiful and powerful in their own right.”
The perfume will launch at Macy’s in August.

but she kind of admits she doesn’t talk to Mathew Knowles anymore…

When you walked away from that last meeting with Mathew, did you feel an “exhale” moment?
I did, but I also felt like, ‘Oh my God, what have I done?!’ I stayed in the house for two days. I was sad. It was like a funeral. I had to deaden that situation in order to start fresh. That’s a very long time to have the same manager and the same label.
What about your personal relationship with Mathew Knowles. Do you still talk to him?
Mathew sent me flowers for my birthday!

Kelly Rowland just dropped her new song today it’s called “Feelin’ Me Right Now,” it’s a song from her third solo album Here I Am, in stores Tuesday.
now this is the Kelly I’m used to, she is actually using her vocal range, I’m really feeling this song, I hated “Motivation” but this song is nice GO kelly!!!!

music producer Jeff Bhasker, who produced several songs on Beyonce’s ’4′, went in on Kelly via Twitter and trashed Kelly Rowland’s music…
I love Kelly and all, but I’m sorry to say i agree with him… motivation is garbage to ME, and the only reason it’s hot is because of wayne….*shrugs*
Beyonce’s “girls run the world”, is no better *shrugs* yeah I said it.

“Motivation,” her latest single is also featuring alleged darkskin women basher Lil Wayne…
lol I guess him hooking up with Kelly, is supposed to make up for the “alleged” comments *shrugs*
Kelly’s third (still untitled) is set to hit stores sometime this summer…
I’m not huge Kelly Rowland fan, for some reason she has always been boring to me,
sorry just being honest, the video very sexual for a Kelly Rowland video,
I guess she is actually trying to keep people’s attention.
The song is not to bad, Lil Wayne has a new double lip piercing i’m kinda feeling it…
The sad thing is I was able to finish damn near all his sentences, when he was rapping
I don’t see how people say he’s so lyrical, he raps about the same thing over and over again.
“I love Wayne. I always have. I’ve always loved his style,” Kelly recently told MTV News. “I always love how you don’t know what’s going to come out of his mouth, and he’s so spontaneous and just witty. I love Wayne.”
Really kelly? spontaneous? maybe witty… but even that’s a stretch LOL.

The other day I said maybe Kelly Rowland need to stick to modeling,
well this song isn’t as bad as her last song, so I take it back.
Kelly looks beautiful in this video, and the song is a way better choice,
now I can actually hear her vocal range…I also love the lyrics to her song as well.
the song is called “Rose Colored Glasses”. The track is a single off Kelly’s upcoming self-titled album to be released sometime next year.

Kelly Rowland says her and Beyonce are still friends

Kelly Rowland sat down recently to do a interview with “Entertainment Weekly”
Despite constant rumors pitting them against one another, Kelly says she and Beyoncé have remained friends.
“We were always civilized,” she tells Entertainment Weekly,“That’s what I’m most proud of.
From the rumors to the lawsuits to false accusations, it was really tough.”
Even when legal issues arose with former members LeToya and LaTavia, the two stayed close.
“We were strong because we had each other,” she tells the magazine.
“There were times when I couldn’t even be strong enough, but I had B.
She was the only thing I knew, She was my only friend.”
As for the Destiny’s Child reunion that her former manager Mathew Knowles shut down,
Kelly says she would be open to it “if the fans wanted it to happen.”
Rowland also admits in the article that her former label Columbia Records
dropped her and it was not a mutual split as the press release stated.
“In all honesty, they let me go.
The records that I put out probably didn’t perform as well as maybe they wanted them to,
”she reveals we live in an industry where you’ve got to bring in money.
You can’t be pushing out so much money and not bring anything back, I get it.”
Kelly Rowland’s self-titled third solo album is due September 21 on Universal Motown it features the singles “Commander,” “Grown Woman,” and “Rose Colored Glasses.”
