Sean Kingston On The Path To Recovery

Jamician born singer/rapper Sean Kingston was in critical condition at a Miami Beach, Florida hospital. A female passenger was also injured and is being hospitalized. Kingston is reportedly in the trauma ward at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Sean Kingston has been stabilized and moved to the intensive care unit. His publicist, Joseph Carozza, says, “Kingston’s family is grateful for everyone’s prayers and support.”
Several days after crashing his jet ski, Sean Kingston is expected to make a full recovery in six weeks. Two sources spoke to CNN about the 21-year-old’s condition, explaining that he suffered “a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs.” A publicist for his distributor Epic Records said he was in “critical but stable condition” in the ICU of a Miami hospital.
Kingston is already walking and breathing on his own. A rep for Kingston explained that
“Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning.”
His condition has been upgraded from critical yet stable to serious.
He was previously on a breathing tube though was aware of his surroundings and responded to visitors.
“Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes,” added his rep.

Lupe’s third studio album sold 204,000 units, according to SoundScan in its first week pushing British soul songstress, Adele to number two.
Lupe’s fans are credited after he started the campaign to get Lasers in stores. The petition paid off.

The Princess Boy and his mom appear on the Today Show

A Seattle mother is making headlines for her controversial decision to allow her five-year-old son to wear dresses.
Cheryl Kilodavis and her husband Dean have learned to accept their son Dyson who insists on wearing dresses.
Cheryl is so accepting of her young son, that she even penned a book “My Princess Boy”, to encourage acceptance of her child and his love for dress-up.
During an interview with The Today Show, his father Dean denounced those that criticize his son and says that he’s just exploring his childhood.
“It’s not contagious, he’s not hurting anyone…he’s just like any other kid. He plays checkers, he likes to play in trees, he just likes to do it in a new dress.”
His mother adds that she learned to accept her son for who he is and the book helped her to encourage people to do the same.
“Through journaling, I needed a tool to hand to people to say, “I don’t want you to crush my son’s spirit. He’s too young and he’s really strong with loving what he loves.” So I didn’t want that to happen…none of us do as moms.”
When asked why he likes to dress up, Dyson says,
“Because it makes me feel happy!”

Bey joined a local block party and danced to VIC’s “Wobble” aka the “Cupid Shuffle” of 2010.
Beyonce was in town (West Orange, NJ) to visit her mother-in-law,
when she noticed a neighborhood block party she decided to join the locals for the line dance,
which was all caught on camera and posted to YouTube.
Ne-Yo speaks on the T.I. situation

R&B singer Ne-Yo has urged T.I. to ditch his entourage and clean up his act following the rapper’s latest arrest for alleged drug possession.
The “Whatever You Like” hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., and his wife Tameka Cottle aka Tiny were taken into custody on Wednesday, September 1 after a traffic cop in West Hollywood reportedly smelled cannabis smoke coming from their vehicle during a routine stop.
The newly-married couple was booked on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines and released on $10,000 bail. The legal trouble comes just eight months after T.I. was released from prison for illegal weapons possession – and the latest drug arrest could land him in trouble with his probation officer.
And now clean-living hitmaker Ne-Yo has offered up his advice to T.I., urging the rap star to stay out of the headlines by taking a closer look at the company he keeps.
He tells the Associated Press, “I just feel that he makes a lot of poor decisions when it comes to the people that he surrounds himself with. Nine times out of 10 when he gets in trouble, it’s not him, it’s the people that he’s with.”
And Ne-Yo hopes this month’s arrest will make T.I. realise it’s time to leave behind his bad boy ways to fully focus on his music comeback and fledgling Hollywood career. He says, “You’ve been given a bunch of different chances. Now is the time to really go, ‘You know, I get it, all right, I get it’.”
what a cop out his “entourage” the people he’s with?
Tip is a grown man who gets high it’s no secret, most of these celebs do drugs…
Tip needs to check himself and his wife in to rehab, he can’t blame his entourage,
he was caught and arrested with his wife, sipping on sizzurp and popping eX pills..
personally I could care less people get arrested everyday on drug charges,
unfortunately for most, they don’t have the elite behind them.
nothing will happen to Tip, let’s not forget he did 7 months after being caught
with machine guns and silencer….anyone else would have did 10years.
Neyo needs to stop sleeping with underage french girls,
I don’t recall Tip saying anything about neyo when he was under investigation…
