Dec 16th

Lil’ Boosie and C-Murder are incarcerated at Angola Prison, and the pair are communicating and supporting one another as they both fight for their freedom.
The long awaited verdict on whether or not C-Murder will be granted a third appeal for allegedly murdering a 16-year-old in x, is only a month away, according Tru Records labelmate M-11.
Boosie was recently sentenced to 8 years for attempting to smuggle drugs into Angola, as he awaits his trial on a 1st degree murder charge.
Angola, which is the largest maximum security prison in the United States, houses over 5,000 inmates and is surrounded on three sides, by the Mississippi River in eastern Louisiana.
The jail is commonly dubbed the “Alcatraz of the South.”
M-11 of Tru Records explained the relationship that the two Louisiana rappers have developed, and how they help keep each other’s spirits up.
While the two have not seen each other directly, they have communicated through messages and have been keeping in touch.
“He told me that they send messages to each other and they send messages to each other,” M-11 of Tru Records .
Its good to hear that rappers are supporting each other inside of prison .
Fuckery of the week: Convicted Murderer Posts Prison Party Pics On Facebook
Dec 2nd

A jailed convicted killer is in trouble after posting pictures on his Facebook page that were apparently taken from inside his cell.
Justin Walker, 32, who is serving a 30-year sentence for the killing of an Oklahoma Sheriff.
He recently filled his Facebook wall with pictures of him and other inmates ‘taking bong rips, drinking hooch and licking shanks.’
The Facebook page and pictures, were reportedly taken from a cell phone that was snuck into the facility,
they were “discovered” by Fox23 News and reported to the DOC. ( I think someone on fb snitched.)
Anyways within 24 hours of the discovery, The Oklahoma Department of Corrections moved Walker
from the medium security Granite Reformatory to the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.
Officers then searched his cell found his phone and marijuana, It’s a felony to have a cell phone in a correctional facility.
First off all you can’t tell me that certain guards weren’t involved in this fuckery,
how the hell was he able to sneak in a blackberry and a big ass bag of weed?
They were smoking joints, and drinking hooch, I mean there was close to 10 people in one picture,
it looked like a typical hood party, except they were all prisoners #wheretheydodatat??
were the hell was the head count team? how do up to 15 prisoners conjugate in one location and no one sees or hears them?
man you can’t tell me, that there weren’t “security officers” involved some of them are more crooked then the inmates they are in charge of watching SMH.
check out this fuckery below…

T.I. just turned himself in
Nov 1st

source:TMZ
If you recall, T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession arrest on the Sunset Strip back in September
an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.
A spokesperson for the prison tells us T.I. will go through the normal process
which means he’ll be processed, pose for a prison photo, and will be given a bunk assignment.
As for the shower issue we’re told T.I.’s prison has a community shower situation.
We’re told T.I. will have access to a television room for general viewing.
T.I. will be issued a standard prison uniform khaki trousers, khaki button down shirt and black shoes.
Inmates at the prison can make phone calls — but they’re limited to 300 minutes per month.
T.I. sentenced to 11 months in prison
Oct 16th

Rapper T.I. has just been sentenced to 11 months behind bars.
if y’all remember T.I. and his wife Tiny were arrested on September 1
after the LADP claimed they “smelled” marijuana in his vehicle…Tip later tested positive for ecstasy.
Lawyers for T.I. (6 in total) were recommending 5 to 11 months for the rapper who violated his probation.
A source inside the court house says the rapper admitted to taking drugs,
but only for pain associated with dental work His wife Tiny was not sentenced.
Smh who uses Ex-pills as dental pain reliever? c’monson you for real?
T.I. would have been better of saying he was addicted to Ex,
he may have walked away with just a rehab sentence.
In other news…A small fire broke out at the court house just before sentencing,
ummm didn’t the same thing happen before Lil Wayne was sentenced….#sideeye
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, T.I. told the court that
“I screwed up bigtime, and I’m sorry. I’m truly and sincerely sorry. I don’t want and I don’t need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life.” But U.S. District Court Judge Charles Pannell Jr. was not swayed, reportedly stating, “I think Mr. Harris had had about the limit of second chances.”
Stop Snitching creator sentenced to 20yrs in prison
Jun 29th

“Skinny Suge”, the man who became infamous for single handedly ushering in the ‘Stop Snitching’ movement, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for creating the underground DVDs.
According to published reports, Ronnie Thomas and 8 others who participated in the creation of the DVD were charged with witness intimidation among other charges.
Police state that the removal of Thomas and others will hopefully send a message to community that not only is crime not tolerated, but the intimidation of the community isn’t either.
According to Baltimore Police Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld III, the intent of the “Stop Snitching” videos was to “try to discourage people from making their neighborhoods safer and to intimidate people. … We’re talking about kids who are destroying each other for no good reason.”
The first video, which surfaced in 2004 and was followed by a sequel in 2007, created not only a movement on the streets of Baltimore, but across the country and even spread to the message in Hip-Hop. Because of the overwhelming response to the film, Baltimore police decided to counter act with a video of their own, entitled “Keep Talking.”
In addition to attention by law enforcement, the videos also attracted the attention of Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, who used them as a foundation to speak out against the issue of witness intimidation.
Although it seemed as if everyone embraced the movements on the streets, the videos actually damaged the image of city native and Denver Nuggets basketball player Carmelo Anthony, who made a brief appearance on the first DVD.
Two Baltimore police officers whose names were used in the original video, were arrested and convicted of robbery, drug trafficking and firearms offenses and sentenced to 139 and 315 years in federal prison.
Video co-producer of “Stop Snitching 2,” Rodney Bethea, defended them in an interview with The Baltimore Sun in 2007 stating that “People are surviving the only way they know how,” he said then, adding later, “What I’m doing is exposing the social conditions.”
Many including authorities look at Bethea’s statement as an excuse to scare witnesses from trying to protect their neighborhood and family from crime, by issuing the message that they’ll be harmed or killed if they call the police.
It seems that the message is loud and clear, as a young boy on the video states:
“We don’t know who the snitches are, but when we find out, we gonna bust a cap.”
In an interview after Friday’s sentencing, Bealefeld stated that the movie trailer should now be changed to incorporate this caution: Embrace the video’s message “and you will find yourself in federal prison.”

Tyga visits Lil’ Wayne at Rikers…
May 22nd

Young Money’s Tyga recently went to Rikers to pay Lil Wayne a visit in jail, Tyga says he’s doing well
“It was crazy to see him in there in that type of situation, but he’s doing good,” Tyga told MTV News on Tuesday. “He’s holding his head up.”
Tyga went to see Wayne solo, but he said the Young Money/Cash Money family try to get face time with Weezy whenever possible.
“We all go at separate times … because he only gets a certain amount of visits.”
Check out the video…
Weezy’s new job in the joint…
Apr 8th

***update***
Toya just tweeted that she didn’t give the interview to Us Magazine
i told her i’m glad because that interview made her sound stupid as hell.
regardless if Weezy is working or not the united states prison system is a joke
and it’s still nothing more then modern day slavery, i stand by the points i made=)
here’s her tweet:

Lil’ wayne’s ex wife, Antonia “Toya” Carter, stopped by Us Magazine she let them know that Wayne has a new job in the joint…
What is it you ask? well it looks like Weezy is in charge of suicide watch for other prisoners O_o
Toya told Us’ Ian Drew, during a visit Tuesday, that Weezy watches the crazy prisoners and makes sure they don’t kill themselves. then she go’s on to say “He likes the job even though they don’t pay him much.”
Toya sounds crazy as hell with that last comment “they don’t pay much”
girl this is prison, he’s lucky if they pay him a dollar a day, prisoners are nothing more then modern day slaves
do your research folks!
people don’t realize how much stuff is made by prisoners, and they get paid little to nothing.
it’s cheap labor…anyways even if he make $1 a day, she needs to stop acting like he ain’t got stacks on his books.
please sit down Toya… #thatisall

Judge Mathis broke it down On 106th And Park, to block head Rocsi and Terrance,
BET kills me…they perpetuate most of the B.S…. anyways click to watch.
Lil’ Wayne’s first night in Rikers…
Mar 9th

Wayne is free to spend his time in the common room, which has televisions, card games and other activities, but he may also be required to take an in-house job, like laundry or cleaning. Breakfast is served at 4:30 a.m. daily, but inmates can choose to miss it if they want.
@BlogXilla got some tips from an anonymous source… this is what the source said:
“when Lil Wayne was getting processed he showed the utmost respect answering each question with “yes sir, yes m’aam or thank you sir”. The source took this to read as if Lil Wayne was scared, but Lil Wayne is a very polite person. I’ve seen him respond like this on the streets, but that is why I’m concerned.”
My source also tells me that Lil Wayne “was quiet and even shaking a little bit.” From the gang talk in his music, and his high profile, and relative slap on the wrist. I’m just scared someone will try something, but what do I know. I’ll keep you posted.
Dear Lil Wayne: what ever you do don’t walk around yelling “suwoop” like you do in your music! #justsaying…
anyways real talk to all the kids out there, learn from this… prison is not where you want to be, Lil’ Wayne is lucky all he got was a year.
if this was Lil’ Ray-Ray he would be looking at 5yrs easily it’s not worth it, cherish your freedom.
I know Wayne will be alright, but I just hate seeing young black men go to prison smh… #breakthecycle

Aimee Michael and her Mother Get Long Prison Sentences for Hit and Run

Aimee Michael was the cause of a massive car accident in Atlanta, a chain reaction that caused the deaths of five people, including a newborn baby, a 6-year-old and a 9-year-old. After being sideswiped by another car, Michael’s BMW hit another car, causing it to collide head-on with another vehicle. Michael is going to prison, because after causing this terrible accident, she fled the scene and tried to cover up the evidence.
Aimee Michael’s mother, Sheila (pictured right), was given eight years in prison for her role in the cover up.
This has left the Michael family devastated, but not nearly as much as the families of the victims.
Michael was arrested two weeks after the accident, when neighbors called the police.
She was found guilty on five counts of vehicular homicide, six counts of hit and run and several misdemeanors.
The judge was actually brought to tears and said she prayed about the decision before rendering the sentence.
The deciding factor in the crash was the fact that Michael left the scene of the accident.
She also expressed disappointment in Michael’s mother for not turning her daughter in to the police.
This whole situation is just sad, everyone looses =(
