This Mississippi Mom Was Charged After Son’s Body Was Found In Oven…
A Mississippi mother is being charged with the murder of her 3-year-old son after the body of young Tristan Robinson was found in her electric oven.
It is unclear whether the son of Terrie A. Robinson was killed before being placed in the oven, because this poor baby suffered some head trauma and his body was still warm according to authorities.
“We don’t know what’s wrong. We don’t know what happened. Do not sit there and call her a bad mom cause that’s not what she is,” said Sherrie Robinson, the twin sister of the accused mother.
Her twin needs to shut up, It’s tough to digest this sick shocking incident…. No motive has been determined and no statement has been made.
Hopefully her TWIN can explain why her son, was broiled to death in her kitchen appliance smdh.
duct tape and parenting should never mix
Feb 20th

I guess the Old folks weren’t lying when they said common sence ain’t so common.
take the case of 21-year-old Caira Ferguson, a picture of her posing next to her dut tapped child ended up on media take out.
instead of her being happy that her damn face wasn’t shown… this chick goes down to the police station to file
charges of identity theft against who ever sent the picture to media take out.
well not only did this choad have warrants, she choad also didn’t realize what she did was a f-ing crime
you can not duct tape you child no matter how funny you think it is, it’s not funny!!
this chick is not the first to do it, in oct i did a youtube video about a young mom (jayla hamm) and her boyfriend who duct taped their child
to a wall, anyways there is a third case that i was sent this weekend about a teen named Danyella Higgins, age 19
she also duct taped her son as well, what bothers me is that there the punishment is so different in all of these case.
the black chick is in jail with no bail, the white girl got 10 days, and the latina is out on bailed looking at a felony child endangerment case.
Wheat all 3 of these girls did was stupid beyond belief but why is the black chick being blast all over world news
and can’t get bailed but the other 2 stories were more hush hush, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander!!
if one get 10 days then they all should, if one gets a felony then they all should,
why are all these cases being treated so differently?
i’m going to post all of these stupid lack of common sense stories, down below.

Caira Furguson’s case
A Delaware County mother is being held without bail until a preliminary hearing for what police call
a “disgusting and deplorable” picture led them to file criminal charges.
Ferguson was arrested Wednesday because of outstanding warrants, police told NBC Philadelphia.
Chester Township police became aware of the photograph when Ferguson,
who is the woman pictured in the photo, lodged an identity theft complaint with the police station Tuesday
“She told us that it is her in the photograph, ” Police Chief Ken Coalson told the Delco Times.
Police have had contact with the toddler since the investigation began, Coalson said.
The incident happened last summer when Ferguson lived in Nether Providence, according to police.
Police believe a friend of Ferguson took the photograph.
Ferguson briefly defended herself while police escorted her outside of the station.
“I did not duct tape my daughter,” said Ferguson.

Danyella Higgins’ case:
A teenage mother landed in jail this week for allegedly sending out a picture via text message of her son bound in duct tape.
Danyella Higgins, 19, was arrested on suspicion of felony cruelty to a child and child endangerment after one of the recipients of the text message called police.
When authorities arrived at the mother’s Hesperia home, the child was no longer bound, but remnants of the duct tape were visible, say authorities.
“Her response was that she was duct-taping a window and thought it would be funny to duct-tape her son,” said Jodi Miller of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. “She considered the whole thing to be a joke.”
The child is healthy, but remains in protective custody…Danyella is out on bail.
I scoured the internet, and i can not find 1 picture of her duct taped son, why is his picture not being shown
all over the news, so we can see her handy work smh.
This was the jayla hamm case i spoke about in oct
An 18-year-old Nebraska mom jailed for duct-taping her 2-year-old son to a wall has regained custody of the boy. The toddler was in state custody while Jayla Hamm served her 10-day sentence for child abuse. Her boyfriend received a 3- to 5-year sentence for the abuse and an additional 12 to 24 months on firearms charges. Authorities say they are monitoring the home and prosecutors are investigating a separate case to determine whether she should continue to retain custody, ABCreports.

Mom Puts Son on the Side of the Road with a Sign Because He Made Bad Grades
Feb 18th

Head hanging low, he stood near an East Tampa street corner for nearly four hours Wednesday afternoon. James Mond III, 15, wore a sign around his neck with a message: “I did 4 questions on my FCAT and said I wasn’t going to do it … GPA 1.22 … honk if I need (an) education.”
People honked. Lots of people. This was his mother’s idea. Ronda Holder, 33, a Tampa hair stylist, said she wanted James to realize the importance of an education, afraid he will otherwise wind up on the street. “I don’t want any of my kids to stand by the side of the road asking for change,” said Holder, the niece of a former Tampa police chief.
By Thursday, her plan had a life of its own. A local TV crew turned James’ punishment into evening news. Franklin Middle School enrolled the teen in after-school tutoring. The Department of Children and Families came to Holder’s home to interview James.
DCF spokesman Terry Field said the punishment might legally be considered bizarre, a form of maltreatment. Experts cautioned that the punishment was extreme and likely ineffective. It was the mother’s latest attempt to get her son to take his schoolwork seriously. Neither she nor the boy’s father, James Mond Jr., finished high school.
She said they have offered James help, asked to see his homework, grounded him, lectured him and taken away his cell phone — all to no avail. “He’d tell us, ‘That school doesn’t give homework’ or ‘That teacher has a problem with me,’ ” Mond Jr. said.
James did poorly in math, poorly in history. But when his latest report card showed an F in physical education — James says he’s “not an outdoor person” — things had gone too far. Mond Jr. said he had a meeting Tuesday at Franklin Middle School with James, a teacher, the guidance counselor and the vice principal.
In that meeting, the eighth-grader offered none of the excuses he’d given his parents, Mond Jr. said. “He just sat there looking up at the roof like he wasn’t listening,” his dad said. Holder decided that was it.
Using white poster board and a marker, she made the sign at home Wednesday, took it to Franklin and called her son out of class. She made him wear it as they exited the campus and then took him to the corner of E Hillsborough Avenue and N 22nd Street. There, a TV crew took notice. James wasn’t a fan. “I felt crazy,” he said. “It’s embarrassing.”
Holder said she wasn’t after media attention. “It’s about my child’s education,” she said. Child care experts said this may not be the way to reach him. “It definitely would fall within the category of emotional abuse. It’s shame, embarrassment and humiliation. This will be a lifelong memory for him,” said Arlinda Amos, a licensed clinical psychologist and ombudsman for the Hillsborough Children’s Board.
“It’s such an unfortunate strategy, and of course it’s ineffective,” said Dr. Peter Gorski, a developmental and behavioral pediatrician at the Hillsborough Children’s Board and the University of South Florida. “The key to motivating children is to balance responsibility with support, and balance is the important part.” The father feels he’s done that.
“I talk to my son,” said Mond Jr., 33, a landscaper from Tampa. “I told him he needs to go to the teachers and request extra homework for the weekends to try and pull his grades up.” The mother defends her actions. She has six kids, all in school. The others get good grades, she said. Who’s to say her idea won’t work? “They can’t judge all children on just one thing,” she said. “If it doesn’t work on one child, they don’t know if it’s going to work on this child. We’ll see if it works.”
James understands where his mother is coming from. Still, if he had kids, he wouldn’t use the tactic on them, he said. “She was trying to teach me a lesson,” he said. “I should have been working harder than I was in school.” He pledged to improve his grades if it freed him from the sign. The principal said “he is a really sweet boy,” said Linda Cobbe, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County School District.
People might wonder if James has a learning disability. He has never been tested, his mother said. Until the middle of seventh grade, his grades were fine. On Thursday, amid attention over the sign, she got a letter from her son’s history teacher claiming his grades are improving. He got a D on his last report card, she said.
Holder was glad the school offered him tutoring this week but couldn’t hide her contempt that someone reported her to the DCF. She said she fails to see how her fighting for her child’s education falls into the category of child abuse. “You can’t resort to spanking,” she said. “I want my child to have an education and have his children be able to look at him and say I can get an education, too.”
People can criticize her all they like. “This is one child who won’t be lost to the streets.”

R&B songstress Faith Evans is continuing to speak out on her relationship with the late Biggie Smalls before his untimely death in ’97.
The R&B songstress sat down for an interview with HipHopNews24/7′s Miss Georgia where she dished details on her personal life including her role as a mother to Biggie’s son CJ.
When asked what it’s like raising the rapper’s legacy, Faith says it’s the same as taking care of her other children, normal.
“Just like raising all my other children to be honest, don’t get me wrong we know who his dad is and how huge of an impact he had on people. We’re just a normal, well balanced family…”
In addition to speaking on her son, Faith also spoke on the ongoing drama between Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj.
Faith made it clear that she did not have contact with Kim and did not want to be affiliated with the situation.
“No I never really had any contact with Kim on a personal level other than when I first met her back in the day. [laughs] The last time I saw her was at Puff’s white party…I’m not really on the scene like that too much.”
“I pray for her, I think she’s a great artist and I look forward to her new music.”
She also added that she has yet to find closure in Biggie’s death because “the case is still unsolved.”
