Tameka is Taking Usher to Court

Tameka Raymond wants more money from Usher, full custody of the kids.

Tameka Raymond — who had 2 kids with Usher during their brief 2 year marriage — filed court papers in Georgia … asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP.
According to the docs, Tameka claims Usher has repeatedly FAILED to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids … which he’s legally obligated to do.
But there’s more … a lot more.
Tameka also claims Usher is required and has failed to:
– get her approval before hiring nannies
– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card — which he specifically said he wouldn’t do — and now she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits” the card offers.
According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.
Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support.
A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Wednesday.

Tameka Raymond’s attorney released a statement explaining the true intentions behind Tameka’s recent court filing…
“Ms. Raymond desires nothing more than for Mr. Raymond to have a relationship and spend quality time with their two children as consistently as possible. She, however, has never been willing to sacrifice their children’s safety and welfare in her efforts to forge such a relationship and has vigorously fought to ensure the children are reared in a stable home environment.”
Unfortunately, Ms. Raymond’s efforts have caused her to be subjected to repeated instances of retaliation by Mr. Raymond, most especially when she has expressed concerns over his lifestyle and its effects upon their children. Although Mr. Raymond’s actions of refusing to abide by the child support provisions and financial terms of the divorce decree are instances of his retaliation against Ms. Raymond, the most evident instance was the custody petition he filed in January 2011 after she refused to allow their 2- and 3-year-old children to accompany him on his tour to Germany and other parts of the world.
Although media reports have failed to mention the fabricated claims in Mr. Raymond’s petition to which Ms. Raymond was responding, those who actually know them both know the truth. While Mr. Raymond has chosen to fight this battle in the public, Ms. Raymond’s interests lie in fighting only for the best interests of her children.
Usher attacked in ATL for parking in HANDiCAP

Usher had a bizarre encounter at the Little Five Points section of Atlanta this week, he was attacked by an enraged woman
because he parked in a handicap parking space…TMZ has the footage.

Eyewitnesses tell us …Usher had just arrived to the Little 5 Points Halloween Parade,when the woman saw Usher’s SUV parked in a handicap spot.
the woman demanded the singer move his car, when Usher refused and she went ballistic …
screaming, flailing her arms, and grabbing Usher’s hoodie. At one point, she screams, “You don’t belong here!”
Sources say the woman’s husband eventually dragged her away from the scene and Usher drove away not long after
If Usher parked in handicap without the proper parking permit, he was out of order.
If he did not, then he deserves an apology…#thatisall.

Smh Usher has officially severed ties with longtime talent agency CAA,
and just signed with WME in all areas…I wonder if people will hate her as much as they did Tameka Raymond…

Usher claims he had no idea Muammar Gadhafi was a dictator

After Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, a Nelly Furtado and other silly artists, came under recent fire for their private performances for Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi, Usher is the latest musical talent to speak out.
Usher performed at a 2009 Beyonce concert for the Gadhafi family in St. Barts, he stated that he is “sincerely troubled” to learn that he participated at a show linked to the murdering dictator, and plans to donate all of the money he received to charity.
“I am sincerely troubled to learn about the circumstances surrounding the Nikki Beach St. Barts event that took place on New Year’s Eve 2009,” Usher said in a statement to The Associated Press. “I will be donating all of my personal proceeds from that event to various human rights organizations.”
Ush went on to reveal that he plans to donate an undisclosed amount to human rights organizations including Amnesty International.
“Amnesty International activists are working globally to press the international community to support Middle East activists,” a statement from the organization said. “Usher’s donation will support this urgent work to counter the brutal conditions like those imposed by Gadhafi and other leaders across the Middle East.”
All I can say is these Celebs are idiots, you mean to tell me a grown ass man in his mid 30′s has no idea who Muammar Gadhafi is? Usher is a multimillion dollar celeb with access to everything including information, you mean to tell me he wasn’t in the least curious about who he was performing for? *slaps forehead* oh that’s right it’s all about money, who gives a damn silly me=D

Usher Kicked in the Face by a Freaky Fan Live on Stage

an freaky overzealous fan accidentally kicked in him in the face, just as he was about to serenade her.
Usher was unharmed, and he was cool about it as well. He even played it off by saying:

On Raymond V Raymond being a career rebound
“I don’t think it was a rebound at all. Some people in my organization felt like it was a rebound, but for me it was business as usual. Were there hard times in the process? Absolutely. I think it was the first time that doubt was ever amongst the opinions. Like, Can he do it again? Is it possible that this can happen? When you have 15 years of a legacy built, it shouldn’t be questionable with one album.”
On how long he was thinking about divorcing Tameka
“During our disagreements, that’s when I really began to contemplate marriage and if this is someone whom I’m compatible with. Anytime we had a disagreement or an argument, I began to contemplate: Wow, is this really gonna work out? I’m going through hell right now, given the fact that people have an opinion about our relationship.
